My name is Nikki, I am the manager of St Lawrence. I’ve been a part of the team for 14 years, during this time I have gained my level 3 childcare qualification. I have had lots of experience working with children within the wider community. I have also have a level 3 qualification in the ELKLAN language for support for 0-3s.
I am also safeguarding designated person and Health and Safety designated person.
My name is Tracy. I am the settings deputy manager and SENDCo. I have worked at St Lawrence for 14 years gaining my level 2 and 3 childcare qualifications. I also have completed my level 3 SENCO course. I hold a level 3 in the ELKLAN language support for 0-3s. I have lots of experience working with children in the wider community.
My name is Nicky, I have worked in childcare for over 20 years. During this time, I have gained my level 2 and 3 childcare qualifications. I have been a part of the team for many years. I am also assistant to our SENDCo. I have completed the ELKLAN level 3 language support for children aged 0-3.

My name is Lauren. I joined the team in early 2026. I have a level 3 childcare qualification. I have experience teaching and supporting children and young adults.
